Privacy Policy
This policy covers information submitted through the i-recruit physician and clinic enquiry forms operated by Ingeneis Healthcare Management.
What we collect
Physicians: full name, email address, GMC/IMC number, years in practice, training jurisdiction and target move timeline. Clinics: clinic name, contact name, email address, province and a description of your hiring needs. We do not ask for patient information and you should never send it through these forms.
Why we collect it
Solely to assess eligibility, respond to your enquiry and coordinate physician recruitment, licensure and placement. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties except where required to progress your enquiry (for example a clinic you have agreed to be introduced to, or a regulator or immigration process you have asked us to support).
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a managed Supabase Postgres database, hosted in a Canadian region where available. Access is restricted to screened Ingeneis staff working on your file, under signed confidentiality agreements.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Records connected to an active placement or a statutory licensure or immigration process are retained as long as that process requires.
Requesting access or deletion
You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call us using the contact details below and we will action the request within 30 days.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any storage used by the site is strictly functional and stays in your browser.
